punctial,worked quickly very knowlegable

 mr. brown inspected the job several days before service date (did not inform us of any fee for this, yet charged for it on the final bill !). he did not even write or give us a verbal estimate or contract. he showed up over an hour late on 9-25-13. he moved the tank but did not run the water lines how we told him we wanted them. he became very agitated when told this. while moving the lines for the second time, he broke a fitting on the bottom of the tank & had to go to hardware store to get parts! (he charged us for the time to do this!!!!!)  after returning he said he could not get all the parts he needed & would have to finish the next day, leaving a leaking line dripping into a pan on top of the tank. he finally finished the next morning & presented a bill for over $600. after expressing displeasure over the inflated charges, he threatened to "tear everything out & leave" finally after more protest he gave a $50 discount (wow!)  mr. brown was very unprofessional, highly unprepared & way over charged us for his own mistakes. ABSOLUTLY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!.

They were prompt.  It was an emergency, and they came out right away. We thought his price was fair.
