Lutz Contracting

Excellent. Lutz Contracting is a family business. Ted, Jeff and Eb were the ultimate professionals. Very knowledgable. Always willing to explain things and communicate progress and next steps. They completed the work as scheduled and we were very happy with the end product. From the outside the addition blends well with the rest of our house. It's hard to tell where the old and new begin. Inside the the game room and added bedroom space has been a great addition to the house. We would hire Lutz Contracting again in a heartbeat and we have - in 2001 to remodel our bathrooms and in 2003 to replace our porch roof.

Jeff and Ted Lutz have worked on projects in my townhome previously. They do really good finish work, are clean and diligent. I called them to take care of these plumbing issues at the rental property and they were able to get me scheduled promptly as usual. They are always careful to clean their boots prior to entering the house. They looked over the projects, let me know what materials are needed and then go about making the necessary replairs. They go out of their way to answer any questions I might have and are polite and willing to work with my budget. It's a family run business and they take good care of their customers. In addition they were kind and thoughtful with my tenant, who was very pleased with their work.
