He fixed our ac unit and said it would only work a little while longer. He suggested we purchased a new unit and kept it in the garage ready so when the old unit broke it would be here. He said he would charge the price of the unit now and we would pay him an additional $400 install when the old unit broke.
We wrote out the check for $2600 for the new unit and the owner never returned with our new unit and now will not return our calls or show up. We have seen him and he said he would be here in a few days - but again never called or showed up.
