I hired Bill Guiney to redo my porch and front steps in April, 2024. He started the work that May. It still isn't finished and what has been done is all wrong. I've had other professional cement contractors come to provide quotes to fix everything, and all have told me that the entire job is wrong and will have to be demolished and redone. There is cement slopped all over the front of my house, on the mailbox, and covering my flower bed. The custom railing going from the street to the top of my yard was damaged when Mr. Guiney hit it with his excavator. The finish on the steps is amateurish at best, I still have no slab on the porch, and there's about two feet of unnecessary cement covering the wall of the porch because Mr. Guiney said it needed to be reinforced.

We were given a quote quickly after contacting them and the price was very reasonable compared to the others we were given. We scheduled the job and they were on schedule and did a perfect job. They came back out to clean up the molding and check in with us a week or so later. We couldn't be happier with the job.
