Had to make him come back to clean up piles of dirt. He was never punctual except to pick up his money. He drug the job out over and over and did NOT complete the sand mound installation according to the specifications required by the state. The state inspectors tried to contact him and he would not return their calls. When I contacted him about completing the job, he gave a date about coming out to complete it and never showed or called.
He was paid in full and now wants more money to come out and complete the job. I have hired someone else to complete the job and will have to pay for another inspection.
When the job is completed, I intend to contact the magistrates office to recover my expenses. The inspectors have agreed to go to the magistrates office to testify for me to help get my money back.
