MEL'S CONCRETE

Mr. Woomer came onsite and spent about an hour explaining what he would do for $1,900, to do all work necessary to pour concrete patio. He agreed to follow up with written bid. I had to call him over a week later to remind him of the need for a written bid. The written bid basically said he would pour a concrete patio, but indicated no specifications or details on agreement discussed. I signed and provided a list of clarifications on what Mel agreed to do while onsite and returned it. After 4 weeks of numerous phone calls, Mel has yet to return a phone call, provide a signed bid clarifications, or performed any work. I can only presume Mel did not want to be held accountable to standard practices and his agreed upon work when on site for estimate.
