2 years ago during the nastiest sleet/ice/snow storm I got a flat tire.  The nearest service station was Ferrari's Sunoco station.  I pulled up, noted the tire problem and here's what happened:  The took my car around the side of the dealership (in the snow and ice), told me they would take care of it and suggested I go wait in the front office where it was warm and toasty.  In 10 minutes they were done, the tire was back up at pressure and I was safe to continue.  Furthermore they didn't charge me to help.  Old Fashioned Service.
Since then they have earned me as a customer for gas and also for regular maintenance like oil changes, inspections etc.  I heartily recommend them to anyone looking to break out of a costly dealership cycle and in to supporting local small business.
