They were very professional and thorough. We needed a deep clean and when Leo came to our house he listened to our needs. When the crew arrived Leo was with them to explain what we wanted done. They went above and beyond what we asked for. They started with moving the furniture and pictures off the wall so they could wash the walls. They stripped the beds washed them and put them back on. Bathrooms were cleaned from top to bottom with the toilet seats removed to clean. Windows were washed included the sill and the frame. They cleaned my cabinets, shelves, the stove and oven along with the refrigerator. They were at the house 71/2 hrs! Thank you Leo and crew!

Leo and his team did a wonderful job from first contact to completion. The inside of my oven looked new...the carpet on my stairs appeared freshly shampooed...and I can't recall my fridge looking so fresh! Everything sparkled...great job.

I have nothing but positive things to say about MVI. We have already scheduled a followup appointment. The overall process leading to our appointment was organized, efficient, and quick. I received an initial response to my request within 24 hours (on a Saturday). An MVI representative came by at a mutually agreed upon time 2 days later for a quick 15 minute walkthrough and provided us with reasonable estimates based on one time cleanings, deep cleanings (involving moving all furniture), and different recurring cleaning schedules. A team of two came by (on time) the following Saturday (our first choice for an appointment) and did an incredible job cleaning our apartment. It hasn't looked this good since we moved in.

Ivone and her team were amazing! She was really great coordinating the cleaning with my hectic work schedule and understood that even though the job would require a whole day we had to work around my child’s sleep schedule in the AM. The ladies arrived on time and began work moving all the furniture and sanitizing EVERYTHING! I use Ivone’s team for cleaning every two weeks (and have for the past year since we moved into our home and I was 8 months pregnant - they did a great job then too getting the home move in ready) but she truly delivered on the deep cleaning and they did a phenomenal job this week. I keep the house clean in general but with a one year old running around I like to be sure there isn’t anything in any nook or cranny that’ll he can find and inevitably put in his mouth. Ivone and team moved everything - from the fridge and oven to the washer and dryer - cleaning under every surface, the vents, the insides of the windows (and out), flipping mattresses, even ensuring that our garage and front and back deck were cleaned. The fact that she aired out the rugs (in addition to vacuuming and cleaning under everything) was a great touch - I was extremely pleased with how the whole house looked and noticed after they left that they had even managed to clean under and around all the shoe boxes in my closet. Ivone ensured everything was handled - crossing everything off my wish list and more - I would definitely recommend her and her team and will definitely be using them more in the future!! My mother is a neat freak, and she was shocked to see how impeccably clean my apartment was after MVI left. We were both in awe. They cleaned every last book and cranny of the place. I was especially impressed with the windows and the shower. I asked MVI to do an additional arduous task and they did it without blinking an eye. Best money I’ve spent this year. Looking forward to having them take care of my place every two weeks.

I’m very particular on how I like my house cleaned! I met with Leo who came out to my home and we addresssed all of my needs. The first cleaning was priced higher as the team does a “deep” clean the first time around. Well, let me just say, I was blown away! Again, I’m very particular and the team left no corner untouched. I could tell that every single thing in my home was dusted, wiped down, scrubbed or polished. It was such a beautiful thing to come home too! I have 4 dogs as well and they seemed very happy when I arrived home so I feel as though they treated my dogs very good too! I was very impressed. Needless to say, I have hired them to do biweekly cleanings for me going forward! Thank you again!

My apartment was in bad shape and I had just a few days left on my lease to clean up my apartment. I was also in the process of removing a lot of things too. I called MVI services got an estimate and after agreeing on a price we made an appointment. The cleaners came on time a few days later and worked on my apartment all afternoon. The cleaners Ana and Amauri were extremely hardworking and efficient. And pleasant too. When they left my home was not only cleaned and polished it was orderly too. Can’t say enough about Ana and Amauri. I wouldn’t hesitate to call MVI again.

Not only did J&V do a great job with a post-construction cleaning, but they also were extremely willing to accommodate a short-notice request. They were extremely pleasant to work with and I plan to use them again in the future for my regular cleaning, and would have no hesitation recommending them to others.

J & V Cleaning Service was excellent! Not only was the cleaning very thorough and well done, but additionally the scheduling was accommodating to a short-notice cleaning need. Staff were very friendly, and I am extremely grateful for the service they offered, especially on such short notice. I will use them again myself and would without hesitation recommend them to others in the area.

Ivone and her team were amazing!!! Our house is spotless and I couldn’t be happier. When Ivone came to do the quote she pointed out things that weren’t even on my radar. She had a team of two come to our house and they spent 8 hours making sure the place was immaculate (it’s not even that huge of a house)! No corners were cut, or missed! We’ll have the team come back once a month now to keep it looking great. Money well spent. Couldn’t recommend them more.

MV cleaning did an amazing job on our new house. The previous owners had cats (and I'm allergic), MV cleaning cleaned out the vents, cleaned under radiators and above doors. They were very detail oriented. I would absolutely recommend them and plan to use them on a regular cleaning basis.
