Our house never looked so clean! The reason for not giving 5 stars? A 2 x2 area of our master bathroom rug was extremely wet and soaking through to our hardwood floors along with a broken lightbulb in our kitchen chandelier. We were not contacted about these 2 issues. Otherwise, we were happy with the service.

I hired MVI for a full house deep clean after having basement waterproofing work done, which left a fine layer of dust through the first floor of the house. Leo came to do the estimate and was personable and gave a fair estimate. The cleaning crew did a thorough job and I was pleased with their work. I considered having them come for regular cleanings but they require that I provide all supplies even basics like buckets for regular cleaning which I don t want to do, so I decided not to do that, but will continue to use them for seasonal cleaning.
