Scott from McCreesh was easily reachable. The company came out within 2 weeks to remove 2 40-50 foot cedar clusters from my yard. The guys were out for a total of 4.5 hours. I was in contact with 2 other services that could not top the price for removal and stump grinding. Only minor complaints were some disruption to local traffic with their trucks on our small-width street. Also my yard was left with some tire impressions.

It was done beautiful. They came on time, cleaned up everything and were very professional. I have had Gene several times and would use again without hesitation. As a matter of fact, Gene will be coming out to plant bushes where they took the original ones out.

This was the second time that we used McCreesh Tree Service. Both times the workers did a good job and cleaned up after they were done. Scott the estimator was great. He examined a Bradford Pear tree we had and told us it was suffering from two different kinds of blight and the only thing to do was to take it down, the right call. Some other estimators we had told us all we needed to do was fertilize it, which would have been a waste of money. He also made the right call on supporting a Maple tree that had a crack. All that was needed was two bolts to bring the two parts together, not an elaborate array of cables as some others wanted to do. Thanks, will use again when needed.

Poorly. When I spoke with the owner/manager, I was asked if I wanted the entire azalea root ball removed. I said no because it was not my intention to plant another bush. I did ask if what remained of the root could be ground down to the ground level so that grass could then be grown. I was assured it could be done. Three men arrived at the appointed time and removed the azalea and the sapling. The owner/ manager was not present. When I inspected their work, the azalea root was not ground level. What remained was an unsightly mound of jagged bits of stump that is about three inches high in some spots. No type of grass will cover this mess. I attempted to voice my concern to the three workmen, but their English skills seemed not up to it. When I received the bill from McCreesh, I sent a letter and enclosed my check for $425.00 in payment. (my grievous error- I am elderly and far too trusting.) Mr. Slousky called me when he received my letter and check and said he would stop by my home and look at the stump. He never came to my home or called again, but my check cleared very promptly indeed. My final vision of the McCreesh crew is their helping themselves to ripe peaches from my neighbour's fruit trees. A classy outfit in every respect. Beware!!!!

I have used McCreesh Tree Service five times over the past few years. Their service and work is excellent. Scott can give you an estimate within days of your request and the work itself can be scheduled very quickly. The work is professional and clean up is superb.

McCreesh after coming out and giving me an estimate, told me it would be 3-5 weeks before they'd be able to come out. They were here in four weeks. Weather had be very hot and/or rainy the previous six weeks. So, they kept their timeframe in spite of the bad weather. About nine workers showed up in the morning at the appointed time. They were very professional. Asked exactly what I wanted done and performed their work flawlessly. Took care not to cause any damage with falling tree limbs and debris. Made sure I was happy with the work before they left. Clean-up was immaculate. Highly recommend McCreesh Tree Service.

Everything went very well. They arrived on time. Preformed the job in a timely manor . I did not have pick up a branch, a twig, or a leaf. I have given their telephone number to at least 12 people. I am very pleased with their work and will keep recommending them.

Called for a estimate on Monday, Scott showed up on Wednesday. I accepted the estimate and the job was completed on Thursday. I can't ask for better than that!! This is the second Time I have used their services and would highly recommend them!!

Excellent. Very difficult job due to enormous size of tree, proximity to house, and limited access from street. Required manual cutting and all wood/debris had to be hand carried out of yard. Property was left super clean. Definitely will use McCreery again for future services.

This company is top-notch! Scott came out for the estimate and was prompt, professional and extremely personable. I appreciated the fact that he provided an estimate on the spot. I interviewed 2 other tree service companies, but easily settled on McCreesh. Within 2 days of the estimate, our job was completed. The workmen were careful, deliberate, and respectful. They removed our trees, pruned some others and cleaned up every single bit of debris. I cannot say enough good things about this tree service. I highly recommend them and wish I could reward them with 10 stars!

both of our jobs were handled above our expectations in every way. Sadly, when you hire someone to do work these days, it seems, you expect to be a little disappointed or aggravated by something. However, this company gives a fair price, is responsive and courteous, does a great job and CLEANS up, leaving no extra work for us to do after. We will definitely be hiring again.

Once they arrived, the tree was trimmed in a professional manner and they removed all branches and debris. Despite the yard's soft soil, very little indentations were made and they left the yard as it was before they came. This is the third time we used McCreesh and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

McCreesh did an excellent job. Their rates are very reasonable. They were on time. Customer service is wonderful. Everything looks great. They left my yard meticulous. You would not know there was a tree stump removed. They also took down a dead tree in a patch of ivy and you could not tell they were there. I will be using them again in the future and will recommend to my friends.

Excellent tree service. I called and received a quote within 2 days. When I called to have the work done I was told it may be a couple of weeks but they were able to come a week later. They cut down the tree, removed all debris and ground the stump. Would call them again in the future if needed.

Lost 30ft tree during storm over the winter. They were very responsive. Removed the tree and the stump.
