We have classic cars. They are excellent. They are very good and we use them all the time.  They are very reliable. He is reasonable.  They are fine, no problem.  They are just very nice, easy to talk and easy to deal with.

Joe talks straight and keeps you informed all of the way. His office guy - Kevin - stays on top of everything as well. All of the mechanics at JD's are top-notch pros and speak to the customers in plain english and always explain what is wrong and what must be done to correct the issue.

JD's had the car towed from the dealer's lot late on a Friday afternoon. They did the evaluation of the issue on Monday and returned the car to me on Tuesday with a complete explanation of what was the problem and what they did to resolve it. During the process they called me two time to keep me in the loop about what was going on.

I had the vehicle towed there because it had not been on the road for so long. I asked that J.D.'s work to get the vehcile road worthy and safe, and then I would budget to take the restoration to the full level. Joe did exsactly that and kept me informed of everything taking place at each step of the process. I had written estimates and complete write ups of all work accomplished. Honest, straight forward communication at every step - I could not speak more highly of the company.

They technically know what they are doing. They are the only mechanics that I would take my car to that I trust. They are good technicians and know what they are doing.
