Howard came out right on time bringing several samples of different carpets and padding. When we explained the basement would be used as apply area for the children he helped us narrow down the choices that would be durable yet soft enough for the kids to play on the floor. His estimate was right in line with several other companies we checked. His professionalism and easy, open manner helped us choose his company. When we called on Wednesday to have the carpet installed we were told they would be out on Friday around 10:00 a.m. The installers arrived within 15 minutes of the stated time and were very professional. They were also very friendly especially to my 4 year old who was absolutely enthralled with the work being done. I would hire this company again and have already recommended them to several people.
