What a great company.... They came to my house at 2AM on A weekend and within 40 minutes! They were so patient and compassion. I don't have enough good words to say about them. I really don't. They explained everything to me very patiently after showing up exactly when they told us they would, then exactly what was explained to me over the phone they would do. From the moment they picked up the phone until they pick up their drying equipment from my basement, between the office staff and the people walking into my house, the experience was an absolute delight. They were there at the time that my family needed the most and where true Angels! i Highly recommend them and although I hope I will never need their services if I ever would I will call them without hesitation.

In brief, pleasant and competent office personnel answered phone calls promptly and relayed my messages effectively. The company sent an extremely pleasant, kind, and patient foreman to assess the situation, walk me through the steps they would need to take, the time frame, etc., and answer my questions. I couldn't have asked for a better contact person/worker in my home. He was a truly remarkable human being, and I would do business again with Elite in a heartbeat based just on my experience with him--and my house smelled remarkably better when they were done and "recovered" completely over time, just as they promised it would.

I had a major problem brewing for about 2 weeks and had no idea. There was a broken sewage line in the basement. Everytime we used our shower or the toilet, the sewage water was literally dumping right into my basement. I have soo many things stored in my basement, I never saw this night mare being over with. Thanks to the great work by the  technicians at Elite, my home is back to normal, like nothing ever happened just like the service man told me they would do!! The price wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, it was well worth every penny! Great company, well trained technicians and great workers. At the time of need, they responded VERY fast I was quite surprised.  They also hooked us up with a great plumber who was able to help rectify our problem!! They turned my nightmare into a miracle! Thanks guys!!

Had a security system installed in my home and in the process they punctured a hole in one our our pips causing our family room and den to be flooded. We had about a half in of water soaked into the carpets and puddles all over. We immediately contacted elite to get some help. Before I knew it the water was removed from the room, some drying equipment was left for a few days and they even treated for mold to prevent any further issues. They were fast in response and very efficient. Pricing was manageable and the staff was great.

Due to the storm we had I would say about 2 inches of water our basement. We lost power for 3 days and our sub-pump stopped working. Since we had no power we stayed with relatives close by. As we gained power back we returned home. The sub-pump began working properly so we thought we were in the clear. Well, we were wrong. About a week after this occured I went to the basement do start sorting through some things that got wet when I noticed a very bad odor and could see spots of mold growing on the floor. Having smaller children in the house we began to panic. I went on line and did a google search for mold and wet basements. That's how I came across Elite Water Damage. The representative was very caring assuring me they could have someone out within an hour to come help us out. I was a little worried about the price because as we own the property and would have to pay out of pocket. The technicians arrived within 45 minutes, they very polite and knowledgeable, they performed some tests to determine levels of moisture. The basement was still wet, you could visibly see the mold we for sure needed help to get this taken care of. These guys really helped us out in the time of need. Price was no longer an issue for us as we needed to get this done to get our home back to the way it was before the storm. My basement is now dry and mold free thanks to a job well done by Elite Water Damage! Will definatley use again and would refer to close friends and family should they ever be in the time of need like us. They will take care of you, pricing is manageable and the workers were great. Couldn't be any happier,  I just wish we called them sooner and we may not of had a mold issue too.
