arrive early since I had to go to work that
morning. He swore he would be at
my house at 6:30 am. We shook
hands.
On Wednesday April 2 I awoke early to wait for Bob. He did not show. When I called Mr. Mannis around 8 am he said Bob just forgot.” Mannis said he would send him back the
following day, Thursday April 3 at 8:00 am. I said I had to go to work and Mannis said “no problem they
would need no more than an hour or so to do the work.”
On Thursday April 3 I waited for Bob to
come. He did not come at 8:30 as
promised. I called Mr. Mannis at 9 am and
he said they (other new guys) were “stuck in traffic.”
I called Mannis again at 9:30 and again Mannis said “they were stuck in
traffic.” I checked KYW traffic
and the only know tie ups reported were on I-95 no where near my house.
At 9:41 two men arrived to fix my plumbing. My dishwasher still does not drain.
I sent a letter to Mannis and to this day have had no response.
