DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER. Not only is he rude, disrespectful and sexist, but he does the bare minimum with terrible workmanship. All his plumbers that worked for him on our job complained about what a horrible person he is to work for and how unorganized his company is. There is so much detail to our horrible experience, it’s hard to put into this short review. He said our job was a one day job, and now here we are 3 weeks later and multiple times coming in to fix many things they did wrong the first time, and it’s still not done. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY SERVICE COMPANY. If you want more details, feel free to PM me and I would happily give you all the terrible details of why never to use this company. I don’t want anyone else to get taken advantage of like we did.

One of Mr Manis's plumbers (Jamie) showed up so quickly I thought he must have been waiting for my call at the corner. He was both friendly and professional. It took some work but he got through the clog. There were some small leaks from my tinkering which he also fixed. I would not hesitate to use them again.

It turned out very well.

The issue was fixed quickly and resolved soon.

Wonderful experience.  Mike was prompt and sent to us by American Home Shield Warranty.  He was able to locate the outside access point for the drain and get it cleared quickly.  We'd had a bad experience with a previous plumber sent to us so we were really relieved that he worked out so well.  The company as a whole was also wonderful to work with.  We had given them the service call fee since they were the company who completed the work but were advised that they would be sending it back as it needed to go to the first company that came out and did not do any work.  I was surprised, but Mr. Manis told me that he was following the policy and keeping money that wasn't owed to him wasn't how he did business.  He even called us a few days later to make sure that the drain was still clearing correctly and to make sure we didn't have any other issues.

 Bob gave me an estimate and promised to arrive one week later (April 2) at 6:30 am to fix my pipes.  I told him to
arrive early since I had to go to work that
morning.  He swore he would be at
my house at 6:30 am.  We shook
hands.
On Wednesday April 2 I awoke early to wait for Bob.  He did not show.  When I called Mr. Mannis around 8 am he said Bob just forgot.” Mannis said he would send him back the
following day, Thursday April 3 at 8:00 am.  I said I had to go to work and Mannis said “no problem they
would need no more than an hour or so to do the work.” 
On Thursday April 3 I waited for Bob  to
come.  He did not come at 8:30 as
promised.  I called Mr. Mannis at 9 am and
he said they (other new guys) were “stuck in traffic.” 
I called Mannis again at 9:30 and again Mannis said “they were stuck in
traffic.”  I checked KYW traffic
and the only know tie ups reported were on I-95 no where near my house.
At 9:41 two men arrived to fix my plumbing.  My dishwasher still does not drain.
 I sent a letter to Mannis and to this day have had no response.
