We call him, pretty much, for anything, day or night. Before the heating season starts we'll call him just to check the filters and see that everything is working properly.
He is very good, we have used him forever. He is very family oriented. Whenever we call him he is there. It's not like calling someone corporate, it's calling someone who is very personable.
