The work was done well, clean up was good, and so far there are no problems. I had several quotes and conversations about this job because it is a big house and a big job. I had the most confidence in E-Stern being able to do the job efficiently and was not disappointed. Their price was also one of the best and they stuck to their original estimate.

The job was done in two days and looked great. However, the roof leaks around the chimney and Mike, the guy who gave us the estimate, the guy in charge was made aware. After a few phone calls from my husband he finally sent out one of his guys with a caulk gun to fix it. Not fixed. Still leaks after a heavy rain. So Mike was contacted again, and again after a few phone calls he sent a one man crew to do the job. Again the roof still leaks. When my husband spoke with Mike in July, the last promise was to send someone over. That never happened. And I will do whatever it takes legally to get the job done right. Mike, if your reading this, your welcome to contact my husband Alex and make it right.

They are the best and very good to work with. They are very reasonable and I refer them to other people.

There was good and bad about them. They did a fine job. I got on the roof to inspect it afterwards and it was excellent. They were very quick and unobtrusive. They were very sloppy with our property though. They left a large number of nails in our lawn. Even after we called them to ask them to come out and clean up, we were still finding nails. They just weren't too concerned about keeping our property clean. They really broke some stones and their equipment damaged our driveway badly.
