Had some issues, but they were taken care of immediately. Workers were clean, professional and friendly.

On the day of the install, one of the install techs showed up at our house with a huge black eye and joked around with the other two techs about how it happened. It was ridiculous.
We asked several people from Fand G several times over the weeks leading up to the install if the furnace would be quieter than the old one, and everyone said it would be much quieter. It is so much louder than the old unit. We had them come out to check out the noise. The tech told us that the unit is much bigger than the old unit so it will be noisier. Nothing was done to even try to make it quieter. They also said that our AC unit would be much more efficient with the new furnace and set-up that they were doing. Every time we run the AC with even one vent in the whole house closed, the AC unit freezes the AC shuts off.
This was the worst decision that we ever made going with Fand G. Don't do it!

I've been using Folk and Garber for about 19 years and have no intention of doing otherwise for my HVAC and plumbing needs. They have a great work ethic and treat customers very fairly. They are also listed on the following web site. I find it easiest to search by phone number:

They had a good price and I use their service three times an year for heating and AC. Folk and Garber Inc. Their quality was good. I liked their overall performance. I would definitely use them in the future.
