Absolute home care is the absolute best! We have been receiving cleaning services from them in our apartment for a little over two years. We have never had any issues! The staff are trustworthy, friendly, and quick. It is very easy to schedule and re-schedule if needed. I would recommend anyone who is looking, reach out to this team!

I started working with Esther (owner) back in 2018. I had a very good working relationship with Esther. The challenges I consistently experienced with this company is their housekeepers are a revolving door. Pre pandemic; she was not able to keep her employees. I have had so many housekeepers from March 2018 to Jun 2021 and they all come & go after a few months. This causes a trail of new folks in / out of my home which is totally unacceptable. We pay contracted rates but we get sub standard cleaning. It was never consistent. When I get a good thing going.. 3 to 4 months in .. I'd get a last minute text from Esther ; she's sending a new team. And for the last 6-9 months it's been hit & miss if I get a team. Typically of late it's been 1 person. The problem with this company is for whatever the reason they cannot keep their employees. So that causes a constant rotation of strangers in and out of your home in today's times where we are still very much in a pandemic society. And not all of the housekeepers have expert cleaning skills up to my expectation. I have kept silent and when along with it for most of the time. It got so inconsistent & such poor cleaning my husband reached out to Esther. And typically he does not get involved in the housekeeping matters. So that tells you how poor of a service we as a long time consistent client was receiving. We paid her in full each cleaning and we got poor & inconsistent service. Edit: This response is to the owner's reply to my honest feedback. Yes, you decided to back out of the agreement because I demanded that you keep you word. As my husband stated to me months ago.... once we demand she honor what she sat in our home and committed to when she was panning for the job.. she will quit. And guess what.. you quit! You conveniently forget how many last minute substitute housekeepers you have sent to my home. Starting back when one of the team members broke her foot pre pandemic. This company's issue is she cannot keep her staff. They complain to me that she does not treat them well and she does not pay them well. And this was from every single team she has sent to my home. I still run into several of them and they all say the same. As for the housekeeper that did not feel welcome; her job is to show up and clean my home to my expectation. She was consistently late and you made excuses for her.. her son is sick, she got doctor's appts etc. Always an excuse & when she did show up she was low energy and half way cleaning my home. Yes, I had a huge problem with her skillset and I made it clear to you. Housekeepers come to clean homes. That is their job. And consistent clients like me pay top $$ to get our homes cleaned not low energy , poor cleaning skilled housekeepers. This is not a friendship but a working relationship. I expect the housekeepers to show up on time consistently and clean my home thoroughly. Leave your personal problems at the door and show up and do the job I am paying the company for. I have the text messages I have sent you over the time we have worked together. But it's ok you can fake disappointment because I gave your company an honest review. God Bless you too!!!

Esther Moore was very pleasant to deal with. However, the two ladies that came did a very poor job. This was a one-time cleaning for a 2300 sq ft 3-bedroom 3-bath house. They were done in two hours. After my initial review one of the toilets was not completely cleaned, there was obvious dirt on the kitchen counters and on the floor. When I complained to the ladies about this one of them griped at me like it was my fault. She was not happy. They cleaned again. Later that day I came back and noticed that there was dirt in one of the kitchen drawers. There was also dust on the blinds that they said would clean but in reality it is not a cleaning. I called Esther again and asked her to send the ladies back again and she did right away.

Absolute Home Care cleans our short term vacation rental after each guest. We've been very happy with their services and certainly recommend them! The ladies are so friendly, do a very nice job cleaning, are on time and are professional. Esther is so easy to work with and to communicate with, especially when we are setting up cleaning dates. They are very flexible and have always been able to work around our check-in and check-out schedules, which I appreciate so much. I am so happy to have found them!

The team was very thorough in doing a deep cleaning, which the house had not received in quite a while. Three people worked together to get the job done in a timely manner.

It was a crew of 3 that works very well with each other and with us. They are willing to use their supplies or owner supplies if you have a preference. We have only had them 3 times so it is still a bit of a learning process as to what they normally do and what we would like and expect of the service. Generally speaking, they are more thorough than I expected they might be. The first cleaning cost more and they spent a lot of time cleaning. The next appointments took less time as they were just maintaining the work they had done on the first visit. Another plus is that our collie, Mika likes the crew and the crew likes Mika. So although Mika tends to get under foot when they first arrive because she is excited to see them they do not complain about it. The last visit we were out of the house while they were cleaning and was told Mika acted like she might need to be let outside so they let her out and she went potty (Mika and I both appreciated that gesture). Esther, who owns the business, has been very quick to respond to our text questions or to keep us updated if the arrival of the crew will be different than normal. The last time she let us know that an earlier appointment had cancelled and we could have the crew earlier if we wanted or she would send them on another job first if that worked better for us. My first impression of Esther with all the contract formality, cost of services that included dollars and cents, and wanting us to contact her about issues dealing with the crew versus dealing with the crew directly, was that it seemed like she might be a micro-manager; that has not been the case. After talking with the crew it seems that Esther just wants to hear mostly about the big things like cleaning date changes, changes in cleaning areas, quality of work being performed, etc. Small things that come up during the cleaning the crew handles themselves. I have come to believe that what seemed like micro-managing was really just Esther insuring we knew up front what to expect and to insure we would be pleased with the results. We have been happy with the crew and owner and plan to have them regularly. Cost below is for biweekly

When my movers suddenly announce they are arriving tomorrow, I called Esther in a panic. Her crew had been scheduled to come out on the 20th. She was able to find someone willing to work on a Saturday, and be here within an hour. I am so impressed and very thankful.

As was to be expected, during the first week, I didn't know what to expect and the ladies didn't know what to expect in our house (there was a team of 3 ladies). I contacted Esther and she made sure she came out with the ladies for the 2nd cleaning. We got onto the same page and then I knew what to expect, as did Heather, Carol, and Vanessa. They all work so well together and they are very organized. Each lady took a separate floor and all the dusting, vacuuming, and hardwood floor cleaning was done. Additionally, the kitchen and bathrooms were wiped down. With three of them working full force, our house was clean in 1.5 hours! Everyone was very pleasant to work with and Esther is extremely responsive and answers all questions fully!

The team that comes in bi-weekly is very professional and thorough. Everything has been cleaned and maintained as expected at a high quality.

I was impressed by Esther's same-day response to my phone message, and her professionalism. The contract is very specific regarding what is included and what it will cost. Her staff is friendly and efficient. Esther follows up to make sure I am satisfied with the work.

Very well. House was very well cleaned. Not only did it look clean, it smelled clean. Even minor items were cleaned, like my perfume bottles, and the animals were not upset by the intrusion. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Absolute Home and Commercial Care is always very thorough in their cleaning. The house looks new when they leave and that is no small accomplishment given the large shedding dog I live with.
