Began well but, progressively work quality took a down turn. He did wiring that did not meet code. Wiring had to be redone. Made recommendations on plumbing that were errant requiring job to be done over. He was sloppy; he got paint/spackling on finished walls, trim, receptacles and ruined several expensive switches. Did a lot of unnecessary work adding cost to the project. He was wasteful and purchased supplies which weren't needed, which also added to the cost of the job. An example is he left half full pails of spackle open, leaving them to dry out, and for me to throw away. We paid top dollar for quality finish wood working, but the finished job was marginal.
