sidewalk coating peeled; ugly holes in it. Turns out his CTI business card is false as the Florida parent company has no record of him as buying product from them for two or three years prior to 2011.

Porch coating went well; sidewalk peeled. No response from contractor to remedy it this summer or return a portion of the payment. Registered mail received; no answer. Legal remedies to be sought.
