Setting up initial appointments was difficult and on the day of the
appointment, some issue always seemed to come up which caused a delay or
a rescheduling. Most recently, "her dogs escaped" and she arrived
almost three hours after the agreed time. We then received an email
saying that since no one was home she didn't clean and that she was busy
the rest of the day and couldn't return and asked if we could we
reschedule. It took us two weeks of trying to set this
appointment up and we needed the work done before the weekend. We were
then told that someone would be at our house that afternoon. No one
showed, no one called, no one emailed. We have asked for a refund and
have tried to contact the owner several times since then. We have gotten
no response. A complaint has been filed with the Better Business
Bureau.
