They were very good and knew what they were doing. They made sure everything was balanced and set up properly before they left. I am very happy with their work and efficiency and would use them again in the future.

MIKE AND HIS EMPLOYEE, BOB ARRIVE WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIME PERIOD. AFTER ALL THE WORK WAS COMPLETE - MIKE CHECKED OUR DVR WITH TIVO UNIT - AND OUR UNIT (FOUR YEAR OLD DVR) WAS NOT FUNCTIONING. MIKE CALLED LATER THAT NIGHT AND OFFERED TO LOAN US A DVR UNTIL HE COULD GET A NEW ONE. WE DECLINED AND DECIDE JUST TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE ON OUR OWN. MUCH TO OUR SURPRISE, MIKE SHOWED UP THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY WITH A NEW DVR AND INSTALLED IT. HE DID NOT CHARGE US FOR THE INSTALLATION OR THE NEW DVR.
