Bob Thome came to review the work necessary to correct the work done by a handyman. He took the time to create a template with the wiring and outlets that needed to be fixed and provided a verbal estimate (it was several hours? worth of work). A few days later, the electrician arrived on time with all the necessary materials. He was courteous and friendly; work efficiently and completed the work within the given timeline.

They called back within a couple of hours and came in a couple of days. It only took them a few hours to complete the work and that was a few years ago, haven't had any problems. I am going to call them this week for some work we need done.

Great punctuality, and communication. It showed that they cared to do a good job, and they did. They did have to come back to fix one of the fixtures they added. They came back and took care of it pronto.
