just moved into house, was overrun by bugs, Taylor offers guarantee if bugs remain within 30 days they come out for another treatment. we had 3 treatments total. there are still bugs but much fewer. Also offered advice on bug reduction (removing infested tree, and shrubs).

My over all experience with ''Taylor Pest Management'' was a pleasant one. The persons answering the phone when you called to set up an appointment were pleasant and helpful answering questions. The company said expect someone out between 9am -12 noon. The service man arrived around 10am and clocked out at 11:20am. He was very nice to work with and sprayed, powdered everything according to his job description, plus anything extra I felt needed attention. However, the company should have the workers use shoe covers on their shoes when walking through your home. (If you don't like people walking through you house with shoes on) If I had shoe covers if seems like the worker would have put them on. I will use Taylor again. The cost was affordable $159 for a two story house 3,000sq, spraying and using granules outside around the home, spraying and powering inside plus basement. No pressure for a contract. You call as needed. Work guaranteed for 30 days! No bad odor. Nice clean looking van.
