Everthing went well.
Justin told us where to look at a variety of ceramic tiles and he would let us know if our choice was good. We have an L shaped kitchen with two sinks so he planned the work so that we could have access to at least one of the sinks each night. Justin and his assistant removed the old flooring, securely fastened a new subflooring to prevent cracks & movement and then layed the ceramic tile with the color grout that my wife wanted.
We are extremely pleased with the finished floor. It makes such a difference...just the right look and feel. Justin removed all of the trash and meticulously cleaned the work area.
The cost of the work was actually less than the original estimate.
