Jack is one of the best in the business for garage door installation and service. I am pleased with the pricing and quality of the product and work performed. I receive many compliments on my garage doors. Highly recommend.

It didn't go well. Initially contacted owner 11/11/16 explaining my needs. It is 12/20/16 after several either short or unanswered calls and texts the job remains untouched. In fairness, he never even made it out to see my job. On two separate occasions when I called he expressed he had some workers call out and sounded generally overwhelmed by work but assured me he would get me taken care of. He sent me out to measure my garage door even before Thanksgiving. Phone call on 11/30/16 resulted in sending my address. No show. I was patient. This last weekend a status call and VM went unanswered with no response. Extremely poor communication efforts! What a complete waste of time!! No consideration!

I called Jack on a Sunday evening and he returned the call within the hour.  He was able to schedule a service appt for the next day and arrived exactly on time.  After spending about an hour working on the very old unit, Jack was able to get it to partially work - could open it with the remote (which we'd replaced thinking that was the problem) but the only way to get it to close was to use the manual button mounted on the interior wall of the garage.  After receiving the quote to fully replace the electronic opener, I jumped on it because Jack's price seemed more than reasonable and the old unit wasn't worth further attempts to fix it.  Jack came back the next day and replaced the unit, provided two (2) remotes and the services was done with 100% satisfaction.  We were impressed from start to finish with the quality, courtesy, knowledge, timeliness and price.  I would highly recommend Jack Farrell without any hesitation!

The BEST.  I used Angie's List to get 3 bids and Jack Farrell was the least expensive.  I won't say cheapest because it was quality work with quality materials.  I'm not even sure he had a coupon, but he was the least expensive AND he clearly has earned his A rating.

Jack returned our initial call the next day regarding our garage door that stopped working. He arrived on site later that afternoon and determined that the unit needed to be replaced. His team showed up right on time a few days later and installed the new unit within an hour. We are very happy with the experience and will certainly use Jack Farrell in the future.

We evaluated 3 different garage door makes - and installers.  Jack Farrell came to see the old doors, provided samples and additional information. Jack was very helpful and patient through the many options we were considering. His website's gallery and visualization programs guided us through the process. Three weeks after the order was placed, they came to install the doors and everything went smoothly. The installation crew was very professional, courteous, and left no mess. I spent $1360 for a door and a automatic opener. The original door was rotting out and was in very bad shape. I was very happy with the quality of service. He came out on the day he said he was going to, he installed it, it looks good, he explained how to work the opener and I was very happy with his work. It was also a little tricky or him because what used to be a 2 car garage most of it was converted in to a second family room and it didn't go back as far as a normal garage would so he made some alterations regarding the door. He adjusted the slides and cut down the rods so the door wouldn't smash into the wall. We were happy with his job.

Everything went well with the installation. It is still in good working condition.

He arrived promptly and exactly as communicated.  He also lubricated and adjusted the other garage door for us.

Perfectly. He responded quickly to my mesaage, came out and had it fixed all within two hours. He found that whoever had originally installed the opener had left brand new sensors on top of the unit so he installed those rather than having me buy new ones from him, saving me money.

He was punctual, he came on time and called a half hour before he came which was when he said he would.  He did a nice job and I was very happy with it.

'Jack was honest about what the door needed and what it didn't. He replaced a few parts and advised against doing any more because it did not require it at the time and because of the door's age and general condition. He provided a verbal estimated to replace the entire door for comparison.
