Description of Work: Ihor Kolesnyk arrived exactly on time and covered my furniture and floors and began painting. He was methodical and neat and only took time out to eat his lunch for about 30 min., then he worked 8-10 hrs. per day. He was careful with my furniture and when he left at the end of the day my condo was spotless. I have cathedral ceilings so it was not an easy job, but he had the appropriate ladders and equipment to safely climb to the highest part of my home. At the very top, I have 3 windows that he washed, since he knew that I would never be able to reach them, and it was just a courtesy not covered in the contract. I have used his services on several other jobs including touch ups, fixing the cracks in my walls when the weather was very cold and the snow did some damage and to put in my light fixtures in the kitchen. He also does wallpapering and countless other home improvements.
