UNDER THIS CONTRACT THEY USUALLY COME OUT THE SAME DAY, IF NOT THE VERY NEXT DAY TO REPAIR WHATEVER THE PROBLEM IS. WE'VE USED THIS COMPANY FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS AND SO FAR ALL REPAIRS HAVE BEEN COVERED UNDER THE CONTRACT. THEY ARE PROMPT, THEY CALL ME JUST BEFORE ARRIVING AND I LEAVE WORK TO MEET THE SERVICEMAN AT THE PROPERTY, THEY ARE VERY GOOD ABOUT GIVING YOU A REAL GOOD ESTIMATE OF THEIR ARRIVAL TIME.
