 + -1 moreThe electrical inspector was on time and professional. He completed the inspection in about 15 minutes. When I called to book the appointment, the company had time slots available within 48 hours. Other companies had longer wait times.
Description of Work: Inspected a rental property, whose tenant had allowed the electric service to be shut off for more than 6 months. Thus a underwriters certificate of inspection was required prior to PECO turning the electricity back on to the unit.
