It was a terrific move. We had a miscommunication in the beginning, but it was ironed out, and the guys (Ed and Lou) showed up early in the morning on move day, and worked through the early evening hours. I had a lot of boxes and a couple of heavy furniture items in storage, and moving out of the apartment I rented was no easy task, as there were two sets of stairs to deal with. They had to remove the front door in order to get my couch out of the apartment.
Once at my new home, they placed everything where I wanted it to go, they put my two beds together, and even helped me figure out how to arrange my odd-shaped living room.
Ed and Lou were extremely pleasant and professional, and I truly enjoyed having them for my move. They just hung in there the whole time and got the job finished. I was very impressed and thankful. Medved movers are a first-class operation, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and I will definitely refer them to anyone who has a need for a mover.
