By far the Best of the Best guys here. This is no easy task with the way homes are made today and Jay and his helper were awesome. They cleaned out two buckets of lint that had clogged the vents. This is the second home of ours that he has done work on and we will continue to call him .

The great thing about Jay is when he comes out, he gives you little pieces of advice, like getting a lint brush to extend the time between visits and just helpful maintenance tips, which I really appreciate. His price was also even less expensive than a company I used 2 years ago.

It went really well. I was waiting for another company to clean out my gutters and was being told that they were very busy and weren't able to schedule an appointment. After about 4 weeks of waiting, my neighbor recommended Jay at Ups and Downs Services. Jay was out within 5 days of my calling and quickly determined that there was a birds nest on top of my gutters that had caused the blockage and promptly removed it. I was very happy her was able to fit me in that quickly. He is very friendly and shows up exactly when he says he is going to.

Awesome! My house sparkles. Also, not even one blade of grass nor any of my spring plants were damaged in the process. .

Jay did a wonderful job. Came to house at committed time, performed work in a timely manner. Left the work area cleaner than when he got there. Definitely would recommend!!!

Jay and his team were a breeze to work with and I will be using them for future chimney and gutter work at my new home. They were on time, careful, friendly and clearly knew what they were doing.

We have used them for a couple of years. They are very efficient and very pleasant. If there are any little extra things that could be done they will do them.

They were very prompt and professional. I couldn't ask for better service. I was impressed by their honesty.

Gutter cleaning is gutter cleaning. Either they do it or they don't. I'd use them again in the future.
