Russell Pierce gave me an estimate on the work I needed done at my house. I thought the price was reasonable, so I hired him. I gave him a 50 percent down payment I was ready for him about a month after he gave the estimate, but he was tied up with another job and could not start until later. When he finally started, he painted the bedrooms and bathrooms. He did not spackle or prepare the walls and painted right over everything including tv cords. He made a mess and got paint on furniture, carpets and molding. It took 2 months for him to finish the painting, as he did my work in between other work.. He then refused to finish the rest of the work until he was paid in full which was not in the contract. I will never use him again.
