After searching unsuccessfully locally for a quality product, we found this company on the Internet. We communicated by phone and on line with measurements and photos to ensure the custom fit, and Mr. Dilworth was very helpful with that process and with answering all our questions. When the bubbles were ready, we found that the shipping was going to be very expensive ($120), so we chose to drive to PA to pick them up instead, and they were happy to store them until we could make the trip. It was a pleasant day trip to the Amish country, and Mr. Dilworth even gave us a tour of his production facility. He provided hardware and instructions for installation. They were easy to install (OK, maybe the one under the porch was a little difficult) and fit perfectly.
