In the design phase of the deck, John offered some key suggestions that I incorporated into the deck.. He was also very flexible and responsive as we went along, as I gave him some mid-project changes I wanted included.. He did so willingly and without complaint. They were very efficient and skilled builders and the end result was a terrific 900 square foot pressure treated deck that is both beautiful and functional. The guys were on-time and communicative when there was an issue (example, a couple of days were plagued by rain, but John kept me appraised at all times. ) Overall, his price was very competitive with the 2 other recommended builders that I interviewed. I am having John return to do another project for me in the near future; he had come highly recommended to me by our painter, who had John rehab his kitchen.. I would not hesitate to recommend John for any project in the home.
