Description of Work: We have used this carpenter quite a few times. The price above reflects a job where all my sliding doors and windows were installed by Mr. Rollinson, he removed all the old windows and doors, also installed trim . We also had him put up a pine ceiling in our porch room ....he stained and varnished all the boards and naturally installed them. When we moved here to Pa. he installed a french drain system around the house which was needed badly as we had a lot of moisture in our lower level. He installed two retaining walls ......also installed 2 dehumidifiers for us. Various other small jobs I can't remember just now. We are expecting him soon as we need some new screening in our porch room as it was damaged from the recent storm. We have been and still are using him as he is very good and dependable. He is busy and sometimes he is unable to call asap but he does get back to us. Mr. Louis Iacono
