Car Washes, Auto Detailing Service
I purchased a Groupon for this service. I got a notice from Groupon that my coupon was about to expire but I could not schedule until the last day. Waterfront Auto Coplex kindly said they would still honor it. The car looked beautiful when I picked it up. But the next day I saw that a small bit of trim had come loose. I assumed it had happened during the car wash. I called to let them know and they were very accommodating and asked me to bring the car back in. When I got there I showed them the damage and was told that the trim was loose when I brought the car in. Of course I assumed that they were just making excuses to get out of fixing it. But they had 3 people who had seen the damage before they washed it. At no time did anyone at the business argue or act angry towards me. They were all very polite and respectful.
Then to my surprise and delight, the owner fixed the damage for me even though his workers had not caused it! I highly recommend this business! Not only do they do a good job but they are honorable and a pleasure to deal with.
