The service went very well. The only complaint I have is that the service person did not wear a mask. It is my hope that maybe he had some medical issue as to why he did not wear a mask. I am a health professional and so when someone in a business does not wear a mask, it makes me wonder why they are not following CDC guidelines. Granted the garage is outside and I wore my mask to protect him just wondering why he did not wear one. Otherwise, the service went very well and I would use them again.

Installed new garage door opener. Included recommended safety cable effectively. Expected install to meet safety Fire Hazard Standards being installed by professionals. Failed house Inspection week later (noted extension cord used to be Safety FIRE Hazard). Door opener with 3ft power cable (needed 4ft cable ) used.

"As stated multiple times to you Samson Garage Doors does not preform electrical work , as we are not a licensed electrician provider. On your Inspection Report that you provided to us they clearly stated and requested that you should have installed a dedicated outlet for your automatic opener as a power source from a Licensed Electrician, in addition to GFCI outlets needed in your laundry room, and the many other multiple other reasons you failed the inspection as per the report. If you would like we can recommend to you a licensed electrician to complete any work required by the home inspectors. We understand your frustration, and if you have any further questions please feel free to call our office and speak to a technician.Samson Garage Doors has always stood by their work ,and an attempt to say otherwise is clearly a [Member Information Removed] for you to try and bully us to preform electrical work that we are unlicensed to do."

I was recommended by a friend who did all the hard work with getting estimates. The pricing was right on track with others, but the customer service was a 5 star. To me that is very important. I called in the morning and in the afternoon my garage door opener ( two car door) was done. The two gentlemen were very nice and professional. I do support local businesses. It was completed at the lowest price as promised and the crew was on time the first day as I requested. I was happy with their installation and paid them in full when they were finished. I did call him back to adjust the reversal system and he was there in twenty minutes and corrected this small problem. I would give them an A+ for their work completely. They had requested a partial down payment and after discussing this matter with the owner, he told me that I would only have to pay when the work was completed to my satisfaction. This was paid in full at their completion.

I called Samson at about 2 pm and was promised that a technician would arrive by 5:30 pm. The technical arrived at about 5:20 pm and work was completed by 6:45 pm. I was able to complete a wireless connection to the opener with instructions that Samson's technician left with us. No problems so far.

Samson Garage Doors responded pretty quick to my message. They scheduled to provide an estimate the same day for a broken spring on my garage door. Shimi was punctual and very professional. He saw the repair I needed and at my request, provided an estimate to replace both springs and the cables; because if one goes, the other one soon follows. He gave me a reasonable estimate and stated he did have the parts with him if I wanted it done now. Absolutely! The cost was reasonable and Shimi was very professional. He answered some general questions I had about my garage door and completed the job in the approximate time he provided. I was very comfortable with him and would recommend Samson Garage Doors to do your garage door work.

It went really well. Jimmy went out of his was to help me by test driving several motorcycles before I setteled on one. Then he drove it to his place and held on to it for me. Great guy!
