RUSTON RENOVATIONS

Its gorgeous. They were professional, and my kitchen is absolutely beautiful. It took 6 weeks. It was amazing, They left it perfectly clean.

Very professional. Took less than an hour. Seemed pricey for amount of work required, but the we're knowledgeable and capable. Would hire them again.

They put in new shower/tub surround, pedestal sink, new faucets, drain and shower head, and the walls and ceiling were painted. Everything was done in the time promised, actually they finished a little early. Every day when they left they cleaned up completely. With the exception of the tub/shower, which was a work in progress, the room was available and clean every night when they left. The shower was installed at the standard height but did not work for my shower curtain. I called them the evening that they finished to let them know. They came back the next morning and raised it for me and while they were here they installed a new blind. M

There is nothing that they can improve on. They were fantastic. They were prompt in showing up for the appointment both for the estimate and when they had to complete the work. They gave me a thorough description of exactly what they were going to do. While the work was going on, if there was something that they thought that I should know, they would either call me on the phone or grab me if I was around and showed me exactly what was going on. I did not feel like anything was hidden from me. It was just wonderful. I knew what was going on with everything that they did at every step of the way and I could not ask for anything more. Their pricing was the most fair among all those that I have talked to in the plumbing world.

I met Jay and Josh when they were subcontractors on our bathroom renovation. I was impressed with their work and communication at that time. More recently, we had a backup in the bathroom which Jay diagnosed as a problem with the stack. It had not been replaced as a part of the renovation, but needed to be done. Jay and Josh were prompt and did a great job, especially considering they had to remove kitchen cabinets and built in shelves, and then repair the wall and ceiling before putting everything back where it belonged. They have since been back to my house several times for small jobs and are always quick to respond to my calls, on time, and get the job done right.

We discovered Jay and Josh when they were the plumbing subcontractors on our bathroom renovation. I was pleased with their work and communication during that process and re-engaged them when we discovered that our sewer stack (not replaced during reno) needed to be replaced. They were prompt with that job - price was reasonable and they repaired the wall and ceiling for us so that we did not need to find another contractor to do the drywall.
This time, I just needed a quick repair on my dryer gas connection. Josh came out the morning after I called, and was in and out in an hour or so. Both Jay and Josh are super pleasant to work with, and are careful to clean up and put things back they way they were.
We are moving to a new house and already have plans for Ruston Plumbing over there. I have found my new go-to plumber - prompt, responsive and reasonable.

We are always delighted with Ruston's work. They take a great deal of pride in everything they do. It is always right the first time and they always impress me with the quality of their work and professionalism. We rely on Ruston for all our plumbing needs.
