I needed some minor repairs done for a home refinance loan, which meant I was on a tight time schedule. Mr. Martinowsky inspected my home the Monday before Thanksgiving, sent me an estimate of $375 via e-mail later that day, and arrived early on Wednesday to complete the job, which took a little over two hours. He built the banister from plywood rather than use the pre-bought one I'd purchased from Home Depot before contacting him. The paint on the ledge was also scraped and repainted to my satisfaction. I would use his services again under less rushed circumstances and get the cost breakdown before starting the job.
