Terrible. Andrew continually told us he knew what he was doing, but it turned out he didn't. The agreed upon price was $8,250. Andrew came to us at the end and said he did extra work for us and wanted an additional $750, which we paid but shouldn't have. The concrete isn't level at all. When it rained before the garage was built, the water accumulated in the center of the concrete pad. It would take a few days for the accumulated water to evaporate off, in the middle of July. When I talked to Andrew about the issues, he said "go ahead and sue me, I ain't doing nothing." It would be great if Andrew reimbursed us for the poor work. If nothing else, we want everyone else to know of our experience before looking to hire Andrew and his company.

I have a slope in my driveway. There was water coming off of my neighbor's roof and would eventually end up in my basement. He did the cement work and put in the drain. I only have to clean this out every couple of months and he took care of me. It was a reasonable price, but I just can't remember what the price was. He brought his dad with him and the two of them did a fantastic job. He was punctual, courteous and clean. He cleaned everything up after the fact. I would highly recommend this company. I'm even going to call him up for a future job.

They did an excellent job and the lines are perfect. They were here every day at 7:00am. He sealed it once and will return in November to seal the driveway again.
