MARC-ONE SECURITY SYSTEMS

As soon as they left I discovered my telephone was not working. So I called the telephone company and they said that there was a shot inside the house. That’s what this guy was supposedly doing it was to hooking it up with the alarm system at the phone company. So I called them up and they said that they would be out in a few days and I was without a telephone for 6 days and that was not much fun at all. The only good thing was that I had voice messaging on my telephone rather than on the answering machine. I could call in and pick up those messages. It was very upsetting for 6 days. I finally called them back and told them to either get over here or I would complain to the Better Business Bureau guys over here. I did get somebody in to solve the problem within 36 hours. I am getting $10.00 less a month for 36 months. When they called me up about it the guy talks like I was really concerned that I was been scammed. The guy sounded like he had no education and did not know that he was doing and very uncertain about what he was able to say or allowed to say. When the guy came to do it there was only one person who came and again he did not know what he was doing because he caused the shot.
