Took it to another provider and they charged me 775.00 for the same work. I think he is very over priced.

I needed some minor bodywork to repair a broken fog lamp.
They were able to get me going without replacing some pricey parts and instead making 'temporary' repairs.

I was impressed.
After I was hit head-on at a stoplight in my Toyota Matrix, insurance estimates placed it on the edge of a total loss - actually gave me choice whether to have it repaired or scrap it. I chose to have it repaired. After reading reviews and speaking with several different shops around Pittsburgh, I was impressed with Joe Diiorio's as they were friendly, responsive, and helpful. Made the entire process easy and worked with both me and my insurance company through the entire process - even called me first with any concerns/issues that came up before simply reporting things to insurance to see how I wanted to proceed (issues about new findings/required repairs).
I had the entire front end of the car repaired, frame repaired/realigned, dashboard with airbags, side panel work, wheel/steering, plus more - really a major overhaul. They were transparent about costs and material sources. They worked on the provided schedule and kept to it. were friendly, responsive and courteous the entire time. Once I got it back, I could't tell the difference - if anything it looked better than before. I eventually sold the car as a trade-in to a dealer (not related at all to performance issues or repairs) and was given just-under/about KBB value for it in Good condition (though the AutoTrader online estimate on paper listed it as junk, essentially) - they told me that had I not been straightforward with them and told them about the accident, that they would have had no idea it had had such extensive work, even after their inspection/test drive!
So, as someone who had much of the front end of their car rebuilt by these guys, I can say I was pleased with every aspect of the interaction/process

Took my car for an estimate and then returned to have the work done. They were a preferred provider through my insurance company and I had read good reviews. Everyone there was friendly, estimate turn around was quick, and scheduling the work was smooth. Price seemed very reasonable, though I only paid a deductible. The work was completed in less time than originally anticipated and seems to be very good quality.
They offered to arrange a rental car for me, but I mad my own rental reservations and could easily walk from the body shop to a Budget/Avis location a couple blocks away on Homestead Ave. There is also an Enterprise location which I think is a little further.
Overall, I'm very satisfied.

They fixed my rust spots and kept the work within my very tight budget so my car would pass the state inspection.

I brought car in 11/29, recycled replacement light assembly cost 143.00, replacement bumper and quarter panel would have cost hundreds of dollars more than I wanted pay. Jason said they could take the plastic bumper off the car, heat it, and try to return it original shape. They could pound out metal panel. It would not look as good as replacement parts, but since I plan to keep the car till the wheels fall out, able to pass inspection is essential, looking decent is enough. Jason called two junkyards, one did not have tail light assembly, ordered it from the second, after confirming price with me. He would call when part was in, we would then schedule the service. He called 12/4, work scheduled for 12/6. A four hour or so job, so I left the car, took 61c bus, a block away, back home. Picked up car 3:30, looked better than I would have thought possible.

I needed rust abatement on the undercarriage of my conversion van. Diiorio's has only weekday/daytime hours, but I will definitely use them again, even though they were not able to fix the van. They were very professional and courteous, explained the issues with the van, how the damage likely occurred, and what to do in future to protect a converted vehicle. I feel a level of trust and comfort with this business that I did not feel at the several other body shops I tried first. I will definitely use them to extend the life of my new van.

I left my car before going to work. Mark called to give me details of the problem, and gave me an exact price for labor and parts, so there were no surprised when I picked up the car after work.
I have dealt with Mark and Jason, and both are friendly, helpful and honest. I am glad I found DiIorio's. My husband and I plan on using them for all car repair needs, and yearly inspections. I've also told friends about it. This is definitely an honest and affordable shop.

Insurance paid for the body work--this estimate was lower than another shop by $200. I also asked to have the brakes replaced and was called first with an estimate of the cost. I found out Di Iorio's also replaces tires, which I needed, so that was an added service and Mark called me back with a final cost for brakes and tires before doing any work.
I talked to Jason, Mark and Joe during the time my car was repaired. They were all knowledgeable and friendly. The customer service and the work was exceptional. I will definitely go back.

I had bent my right front fender driving out of my garage. 2006 Subaru has 89,000 miles on it; I intend to keep it another 5 years or so. The passenger door rubbed against the fender every time I opened of closed it. I had used this body shop once, years ago, with very satisfactory results. I checked this list for current reports, took my car there. Jason came out of the shop to examine it. He said he could take his dent puller, pull the dent out, and forget I was ever there. Curious, I asked the cost for a real fix. Buy a (use) replacement fender, install, paint, etc. About $500. I opted for the free fix, gave him $10. He said he could do a better job in the shop, pulled the car in, and spent about 7 minutes pulling out the dent, reattaching the fender skirt, making sure everything lined up well with no contact. He reassured me that while the paint was scuffed where the door had rubbed on the fender, the primer was still intact. Clear nail polish, a black sharpie, and it will look, if not as good as new, at least completely satisfactory to my not too critical eye. I had told the young Mr. Diiorio what Jason had suggested doing; he said they try to do right by their customers. They definitely did right by me.

The insurance covered the cost and I just paid the deductible of $1000.00. I picked up the car the next day. I was pleased with the work overall. I paid for the work done on my wife's car. They do very good work. I am pleased with what they do, a little less with the second job only because he had promised that he would touch up the front bumper. He only did a partial job there. I am pleased overall with them. I would use him again, but I think you have to be more upfront with him about what you want done and make sure they write everything down. I didn't price the first job around because of insurance coverage. From what I saw with the second job, they are most certainly competitive pricewise. They are easy to get hold of and they call right back. Their punctuality is really good. After I called them, the guy called right back and sent the truck out for my car within the hour. The guy was very easy to get along with. I have used them twice now within two months. I don't want any more accidents.

I got my car back today and am thrilled with the results. It was fixed for good, done right, not just a patch up job. This is a family business and everyone working there is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was explained to me and I was kept up to date on the progress. They even cleaned my car, inside and out, before I picked it up.

Very friendly and helpful. They repaired what I thought was a scratch on the side of my car for free by rubbing it out BEFORE I agreed to use them for the other work. They also did the minor paint touch up for free. I'm not sure if their price for the grille repair was high but after the minor stuff tjhey did for free I decided not to shop it and went with them.

I dropped off my classic car on May 28th. I was able to visit the shop each week to take photos of the progress, meet with all who were involved in the work done, it was explained to me each week what was being done and what was going to be done next. They were able to find a mirror switch for me and installed it. After several weeks, and constant communication with Fran and Jason Johnston, I visited one last time to pick out the pin stripe. Everyone involved, especially Brian, the body man and the man who painted the car was just super! Although I did not receive my car for my birthday, I did a few days later and the wait was worth it. The car now looks brand new. This is a twenty year old car that they transformed for me and they went out of their way, I feel to do the best job they could. I highly recommend them to anyone who desires quality work and work that is done properly. My Tbird looks great!
