+ -1 moreChuck responded to our call and was at the house in 48 hours!!! Everyone else said two weeks! He determined that the pump and lines were not clogged and therefore not the problem. He looked further to discover the problem was with the timer/control board. Told us this was a very expensive repair (around $300) and probably due to the age of the dishwasher, not worth repairing. We then found out the model (old, 2006) was discontinued and the parts not even available. He was awesome and only charged us $50.00 for the house call from Homestead all the way to Ambridge (Beaver County)!
Description of Work: Checked the pump and drained the lines on our portable dishwasher.
