Overall, the patio looks very nice. It was done quickly. However, I needed some warranty work done because of some minor settling of the brick pavers. It has taken me multiple phone calls and emails spanning 4 months and they still haven't come by to even take a look. Assuming I receive a call back and the work is complete, I'd gladly upgrade my review. Until then, it stays as is.

Did a nice job

Very well.  Bonomi did first lawn treatment for the spring.  Been using this service for 5+ years.  Very satisfied with the overall service.  Used the service for routine lawn care, landscaping, hardscaping and tree removal.

I had a large old rotting and crumbling patio replaced by by this company. I had used them before to replace an old wall several years ago and knew they did quality work for a fair price. But i still got several estimates and they, as before were priced right for what I wanted done. I really appreciated their punctuality from giving the estimate to starting the job. We had a difficult week with the weather not cooperating but the job was completed in reasonable time. Scott and his crew Justin and Dom were great and kept me informed at all times.  They did some landscaping around the patio and planted rose bushes . They also fixed my yard and planted grass seed where the equipment had torn up the grass. I have had many compliments from neighbors and family on how great the patio looks. I am 100% satisfied!

Mark came over and laid out the plan on the area before we ever moved forward with the project.  He explained how the system would work and how it would look.  He started when he said he would start, the project ended when he said it would end, it looked the way he said it would look.  When the pump failed a couple of months after install, Mark was very quick to come over and replace it as it was under warranty.

We have had Mark and Tim do work for us before. They came out right away to give us an estimate. They are very good about letting you know up front about how long it will be until they will be able to come out and do the work. They came when they said they would. They do a nice job and are pleasant to work with. We had a little issue with the steps. They were originally to be 12" deep. Tim told me that they had to make them smaller to fit in the area we had. He said they would be about 8", "Like the steps in your house." I agreed to the change. When they were working on the steps, they were covered with a tarp, so we were unable to walk on them. The first time we used them was after the job was done. They were very small and difficult to use without tripping. Our Border Collie even had difficulty using the steps. We measured the steps and they were about 6 to 7" deep. I talked to Tim about the issue. He was able to build a set of larger steps on top of the original set. He seemed frustrated with us that we had not mentioned this sooner. However, he worked with us to make it right. We split the cost of the materials 50/50 with Bonomi. The steps and walls are beautiful. I am anxious for summer to really get the full effect of our new backyard.

Bonomi Representative Tim Walker kept all his time commitments, including the initial site visit and the work. Portions of the 28-foot four-course Belgian block retaining wall, in place for several years, was about to slide down into my driveway--and actually did just after I received the quote. The quote for re-stacking was less than half what a wall with new materials would have cost. Tim explained that a re-stacked wall could not be guaranteed, but I was confident that they would do the kind of job that would keep the wall in business for a long time--so the price should be worth it Tim himself, and a co-worker, appeared on time with all the right machines and equipment, and worked until the job was done. They were extremely courteous, were careful with my driveway and property, and did a great cleanup. A class act!

I looked for companies on Angie?s list and Bonomi had good ratings. The guy who came was very nice and I was very happy with the company. The price was on par with what we wanted. Sometimes the owner also came and he was very hands-on. I will definitely use them again. They were good with time and they did not take longer than the time they specified to finish the job. The quality of work is also good.

Dominic told me what date he could schedule the job and said he would call me a week before to remind me. He did exactly that. He explained what he would do, and how long it would take. Dominic and his men did a lovely job.

I had 4 other contractors bid and Bonomi was the only one who provided a notebook with photographs of their actual work in the area. Also impressive was the 3 year warranty which no other bidder had. One year after the initial work one wall needed a little touch-up and Bonomi very professionally responded to correct at no cost For the entire construction time the crew was very professional and courteous.

The service took three days. The amount was reasonable for the work. The owner, Mark, was very flexible in making sure we achieved the goals I wanted to have. He made up two to three different estimates. We were able to agree on a suitable design within our budget. There was a delay in getting the work done due to the weather; we received a discount for this. Overall, his service and responsiveness was very good. He was very good with responding to emails. He dropped off the brick at our home to make sure we liked the color. The men did not bother us, were pleasant, and did their own thing.

Mark quickly came by our house a few days after our first call. He was able to go through multiple options with me on the first visit. He emailed me an estimate within a couple of days (in addition to mailing me a hard copy). He warned me at the time of the estimate that he was booked up for at least 2 months. I was still waiting for other estimates to come through. After getting a few other bids, Bonomi's was the best. Even though I had to wait, I felt it was worth it. Rain pushed back the start date a week or so, but Mark made sure that we knew in advance when he would start. Work started on a Monday and finished on a Friday. We were only home on the first day, to go over the work that would be done. Everyday I came home from work, something new would be done. No problems. The only issue was that mulch was not included in the original estimate. But before he put it in, Mark called to tell us how much it would cost and to make sure we wanted it. He ended us some credit back since he used some of the boulders already on our property for the small retaining wall on the side of the house. After all the work was done, Mark came by Saturday morning (when we would be home) to collect payment and to go over what was done and what care was needed. Overall, I thought everything went well. I would be happy to use Bonomi again for any future landscaping projects.

Mark was very courteous throughout the process. He gave us an estimate right away and it was reasonable. Four days before they were supposed to start on our yard, the township started work on our road. It was very extensive work and took about the whole summer. Mark called me every week to see how the work on the street was progressing. He started work on our yard about three days after they finished the street. He didn't push our job back to the end of his schedule like I expected him to because of the street work. His crew was polite, neat and worked hard to get the work done. Our yard was completed including the tree in about 1 week. I would definitely use his company again and would recommend him to anyone.

The folks who came out from Bonomi Landscaping were friendly and very good at their work. The end results are wonderful and just what we had hoped for. It is like looking at a whole new yard. They arrived on time and did all that was to be done. They left the area clean and neat.

From the estimate to the work, the paver crew at Bonomi was great. Tim showed up for the estimate on time and sent a quote very soon after. They started before the estimated start date and finished before the estimated finish date. All of the crew were polite and courteous (Tim, Nick and Kyle). Everyday, they left our back yard in a clean state, even when they were in the middle of the project. We were very pleased with the end product and they even took care of some things that I didn't think of that were not included in the original estimate. These guys were all very professional and I would highly recommend Tim and his crew for any projects of this type.
