 + -1 moreI called to purchase a twin mattress on sale for $115. They have a store listed in PA. I wanted to pick it up, but they said they deliver ONLY! When asked how much the delivery charge was, I was told $59.99. Mind you I an only 13 miles away. This is why they offer mattresses cheaper than other places. They get you on the delivery charge. Poor business ethics !! If they have a store/warehouse you should be allowed to pick it up !!

 + -1 moreThe company was so easy to work with. I became frustrated with trying to comparison shop mattress since every mattress seller renames each mattress to something different. For example, Serta Dream might be Serta Angel at a different place, but same mattress. 1-800-MATTRESS explained how to buy a mattress and made the whole process easy for me. They even had 0% Financing. I will definitely buy all mattresses from there in the future. Just find the mattress you want at a store, then call 1-800-MATTRESS to buy. It's that simple.
Description of Work: We needed a new mattress ASAP! We checked them out at a store and loved this one pillow top king-sized bed. However, it was $2400! I called 1-800-Mattress and they new the exact bed I was talking about. I was able to get the same bed for $1600 and they delivered next day! They even took my old bed away for free and gave us a free frame. The bed had a 15-year warranty and they had a reasonable return policy as well. However, we've yet to need either the warranty or the return policy.
