I wanted to get another quote and could not get in touch with them (their phones were out and the representative did not give me his cell phone number). They replaced the bearing and charged me $80/hour labor for 4.5 hours. When I was able to talk to them, when I went to get my vehicle, I explained to them that I could have gotten the job done for a total of $80 labor at my mechanic, the first thing they said was that they did not believe me. The next thing they said to me was that it wasn't their fault. I explained to them that I had tried many times to contact them at with not success and that I wanted a credit of the labor for the difference. After much punching on the calculator, with no purpose, I was told that they could not afford to give me the full credit, but could possibly put the old bearing back on. I told them that that did not make sense, how could they possibly afford to put the old one back on and not get any of the labor? Finally they agreed to give me a $40 credit at which time I took just to get out of there.

Excellent. Prompt appt. and service. Very professional and pleasant. I have been to 2 other Lincoln dealers and Luther was by far better to work with. They seemed like they really cared.
