I think in general they are very thorough. There are some tests they offer that aren't paid by insurance but they are very low priced and they are reasonable tests to have done. One of them is the visual field test which I think is a great thing to offer. They actually photograph my eyes and measure visual changes over time like the retinal area instead of just giving my prescription. They have pretty much the same hours every other eye doctor place has. It's a very nice office. I've never had to wait. They are very friendly and helpful. The one thing is they don't do the reminder every year and we have to do it ourselves which I think could improve. If they send a reminder card or something it would be a lot better. I got my prescription glasses and I can see. I pay at that time so there is not any billing.

My overall experience was very good. She found something that no one else could and I respect her for that. I've been using them for several years now.
