General Remodeling
Not well. They started in the kitchen, fixed water damage, but left a 2 inch gap in the drywall behind the dishwasher which they broke. It still works, but the clips that hold the top panel to the dishwasher are snapped. They claim it was like that when they arrived. After an hour of them trying to remove the dishwasher and cutting a trench in my flooring, I discovered that they hadn't put the stabilizers up on the dishwasher. After they did this they were able to remove it. They also did not put the cabinets back together correctly. There seemed to be a lot of measurement errors. When I would question their decisions or work Kent would get very defensive and act as though I was lying to try to get something for nothing. I had to redo much of their work and fired them before they could make any more errors. Kent then tried to charge me $1500 more even though he already had over $4000. If you hire them, watch them. If I had been looking over their shoulders the whole time, I wouldn't have a trench in my floor.
