I called them in the morning reporting a problem with bees. They were out within a few hours and took care of my problem. Explaining everything along the way. The service person was very knowledgeable and friendly.

yes Living in the basement apartment of my ranch house and had a slew of large black spiders; called Roberts Pest Control and the woman who answered the phone was very polite and understanding. Explained the options available and set me up for service the next business day. Gentleman came out asked lots of questions as to where I was seeing the most spiders, how big, what color etc. Sprayed every area inside and out and was on his way. Immediately I started to see a difference - dead spiders, not live! Then no spiders. A few weeks passed and I started to see a few spiders in isolated areas, so I called and they came back out immediately and resprayed. They sent me a coupon book to make my monthly payments (I chose to have them come monthly) and they come like clock work to spray and YEAH - no more spiders. Also, their products are pet safe.

Their price seems comparable. They are extremely prompt and if I call them in the morning they are there within three hours and they are extremely professional.
