Jeff and Dick (and another assistant whose name I didn't catch) were great! They actually phoned me back after requesting an estimate. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but you wouldn't believe how many plumbers I called that never bothered to even return my call! They came to provide an estimate and quickly got back to me with a fair price. They ordered a necessary part and got to work immediately after it arrived. They went above and beyond for me. They even went as far as moving a couple of studs and an electric outlet that was in the way to a different location...and they didn't charge extra for it! I'd highly recommend them! Our bathroom renovation is not complete yet, so if we run into any problems once the water is running again in that bathroom, I'll will come here to revise this review, but as far as I can tell, they are outstanding and I highly recommend them!

It went great. Jeff and his helper were respectful of my wishes not to have shoes worn in my home. They were prompt and fixed the drip that was happening from the handles in my bathtub. Jeff was even kind enough to explain things he was performing his work. Thanks Jeff!
